Alegria is born from the rehabilitation of a building on Rua da Alegria, in the heart of Bonfim, Porto, giving rise to 7 independent units — 2 1BR apartments and 5 Studio apartments.
With a central location, next to the metro and a short distance from the Baixa, the project preserves the original urban front of the facade and combines it with contemporary interiors and careful finishes. The proposal conserves the existing building, maintaining the design of the urban front facing Rua da Alegria.
