About
Quadra is a new residential development in the heart of Mafamude, Vila Nova de Gaia, a few steps from Avenida da República, El Corte Inglés and the Câmara de Gaia metro station. Designed by the Fragmentos studio, it comprises 119 apartments across twelve floors in 1BR to 3BR typologies, plus a ground-floor commercial area. Its robust façade draws on the traditional architecture of Northern Portugal — granite, tile and plaster — combined with contemporary glass and aluminium, framing a large landscaped entrance square. Interiors are bright and functional, with open-plan equipped kitchens (Siemens or equivalent), air conditioning and video entry. The central location puts shops, services, schools, hospitals and the metro within walking distance, with fast links across Gaia and to Porto. Prices range from €255,000 to €480,000 (60–194 m²). Delivery is scheduled for Q2 2027. Developed by Promiris.
