The YARD Next is the second phase of GFH's YARD development in the exclusive Jardins da Arrábida in Afurada, Vila Nova de Gaia — minutes from Porto across the Arrábida bridge, close to the riverside, Arrábida Shopping and the new Arrábida metro station.
